Breathe in gently through your nose
As the breath fills your lungs and abdomen notice your posture, straighten your back,
Sit as upright as you can, and let the breath gently exhale from your body
Notice your shoulders relaxing, feel the tension leave your jaw and neck
Notice the cool sensation on the edge of your nostrils as fresh air enters your body
Just observe the inhale and exhale as it naturally occurs
All you need to do is allow and observe this process as it repeats itself constantly.

It is said that over time we live and learn
But as you notice the breath rise and fall in your chest
You feel the tension leave your body and a soothing sense of calm
Permeates through your entire being
Acknowledge this simple truth
